The Christian Foundation "Elim" hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation" was established by a notarial deed of 15 July 1991, drawn up at the State Notary Office in Cieszyn. KRS No. -0000127375 The Christian Foundation Elim operates in the territory of the Republic of Poland and beyond its borders in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The seat of the Foundation is the city of Wisła.

The purpose of the Foundation is in particular /excerpt from the Foundation's Statute/:
1. Adapting people addicted to alcohol addiction to normal life in society,
2. Taking action to shape Christian morality in society, including by combating alcoholism and nicotine addiction,
3. Strengthening the family,
4. Dissemination and shaping of the principles of Christian ethics and tolerance,
5. Proclaiming biblical teachings in accordance with the doctrinal principles of evangelical Christianity,
6. Supporting Christian educational initiatives, upbringing and educational programs,
7. Supporting the activities of local evangelical circles,
8. Supporting and organizing Christian missionary endeavors,
9. Strengthening and developing the Christian publishing and bookselling movement,
10. Charitable activities for individuals and institutions
